How does the Email Distribution Service work?

The process gives you full control over when your eCards are sent. Here are the steps:

  1. Design Your eCard: First, create your perfect eCard using our design tools. 
  2. Select the “Design & We Send” package at checkout. 
  3. Upload Your Contact List: Provide us with your list of recipients. Our system will then perform its automatic validation checks to clean the list. 
  4. Review the Validation Report: You will be shown a summary of the validation results, so you can see the final, clean list of contacts who will receive your eCard. 
  5. Approve and Schedule Your Send: Your eCards will not be sent automatically. Once you are happy with the list, you have full control to: 
    • Send Immediately: Approve the send to begin delivery right away.
    • Schedule for Later: Choose a specific future date and time for your eCards to be delivered, giving you perfect timing for your campaign.
