Once you’ve designed your ecard, you have two great options for sending it, depending on the package you select at checkout.

Option 1: Design & We Send (Our Full Service)

This is the easiest and most powerful method. If you select this package, you’ll use our all-in-one platform to handle the delivery.

  1. Finalize Your Send: After purchase, you’ll be guided to a page where you can upload your contact list, write your subject line, and schedule the exact time you want your ecards to be delivered.
  2. Review & Confirm: You’ll see a final summary of your entire campaign for a last check before it goes live.
  3. We Handle the Rest: Our professional sending platform takes over, ensuring your ecards are delivered with world-class reliability and powerful features like name personalization.

When purchasing our sending service along with an Unlimited eCard package, please note that the sending capacity is capped at 20,000 unique recipient emails. Option 2: Design & Send Yourself

If you prefer hands-on control, this option provides you with the assets to send the ecard directly from your own email client.

  1. Go to Sending Instructions: After purchase, you’ll be taken to a dedicated page with your sending assets.
  2. Choose Your Method: From this page, you can either:
    • Copy & Paste: Copy a ready-to-send block (containing a static preview image and a link) and paste it into a new email in Outlook, Gmail, etc.
    • Share a Link: Copy a direct link to your ecard to share anywhere.
  3. Send Manually: Add your recipients to your email, write your subject line, and send it yourself.

What about testing? You can send a test version of any draft ecard before you purchase, allowing you to see exactly how it looks and familiarise yourself with the process.

You can pay for your eCards by accessing ‘Your Account’ > ‘Your eCards’, and then simply click ‘Purchase Your eCard’ on the card you wish to place an order for.

Then, you’ll be guided through the payment process. Payment is made via a secure payment gateway and we accept all major credit cards.

Creating an eCard is not as difficult as you may think. Here at eCard Shack, you can create your own eCard entirely from scratch in just four simple steps. These include:

  1. Choose the design: Preview, then select a high-quality design with animation for the front and inside pages of your business ecard. You’ll be able to choose from our extensive portfolio.
  2. Add your message: Customise your eCards for business however you want. For example, you’ll be able to add your logo, pick your font and colour, insert live web links, and much more. You can pick from some suggested messages or enter your own for a fully personalise eCard.
  3. Add your music: We have a great selection of seasonal music tracks for you to choose from. From carols and classic Christmas tunes to contemporary and upbeat, we guarantee that you’ll find the perfect track to go with your eCard. Alternatively, you can also have no music if you prefer.
  4. Send your eCard: Share your design with colleagues. Pay online and then simply copy your eCards into an email to send out.

To add your signatures to your eCard, scan and email your signatures to us at support@ecardshack.com along with the relevant eCard ID. You can find your ID by clicking on ‘Your Account’ and then ‘Your eCards’. We’ll then size, position and add the signatures to your eCard appropriately.

Adding multiple signatures to your ecard does carry a small fee that is added to your final bill once you’re happy with the product. Please ensure signatures are written and provided in strong pen on a clear (usually white) background. We generally recommend a maximum of eight signatures per eCard, but please contact us if you require more than this.

If you have already purchased your ecard, and you subsequently want to add signatures please contact our team and we’ll help you get them added.

Once you have designed and saved your eCard on eCard Shack, the following instructions will help you get the images and links you need to add into your email marketing platform.

1. Copy and Paste your eCard

  • Go to the ‘Your eCards’ page in your account
  • Click the ‘How to Send’ button next to your chosen ecard
  • Click the “Copy eCard” button to copy the image and link to your ecard
  • You can now paste this directly into a new email that you have created in your email marketing platform

2. Download your eCard Graphic

  • Go to the ‘Your eCards’ page in your account
  • Click the ‘How to Send’ button next to your chosen ecard
  • Click the “Download as Graphic” button which will download the image to your device
  • You can then upload this to your email marketing platform
  • To get the link to your eCard, click the “Copy link to eCard” button
  • Finally add the image and link to a new email

3. Import/Copy ecard HTML

If your email marketing platform supports the ability to import/paste HTML you can now download this as follows:

  • Go to the ‘Your eCards’ page in your account
  • Click the ‘How to Send’ button next to your chosen ecard
  • Click the “Download template” button which will download a simple HTML file to your device
  • You can now either import this into your chosen email platform or you can just copy the HTML from the file and paste it straight into the HTML editor of a new email.

Note: Don’t forget to add some personalised greeting text to your email.

We would then provide a quote for producing your eCard.

Yes, you can add your own logo to your eCard. You can do this in step two of the customization process.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that many corporate finance teams require payment via invoice or Purchase Order (PO). We offer this option for all orders totaling over £500 GBP or $700 USD.

How do I request an invoice order? Please do not complete the standard checkout process. Instead, email our corporate team at support@ecardshack.com with details of the package and ecard ID you wish to purchase.

What information do I need to provide? To set up your invoice order quickly, please include:

  • The name of the package/plan you want and associated ecard ID

  • Your full company name and billing address.

  • Your company Purchase Order (PO) number (if mandatory for your finance team).

  • The email address of the person managing the design (if different from the billing contact).

When will I get access to my eCard account? We understand shipping deadlines are tight. Once we have verified your company details and accepted your order, we will manually activate your account so you can start sending immediately. We will then email the PDF invoice to your finance department for payment.

What are your payment terms? Our standard payment terms for invoice orders are Net 15 days from the invoice date. We accept payment via bank transfer (BACS/Wire). Our full bank details for both GBP and USD accounts will be clearly provided on the invoice.
